The best part of my career has been watching people grow and find their hidden talents. I find the best success occurs when identify our own talents and compliment them with the gifts of others. Amazing results can occur when we put faith in ourselves and others.
My name is Cathleen and I bring 30 years of corporate experience into my coaching. My corporate upbringing is in Finance heavily sprinkled with IT projects. I have been an executive and have managed diverse cross-functional teams.
Learning and growing has always been a passion of mine. I have an MBA from Bentley University, BS in Management Science from Bridgewater State University. I have leveraged all my project experience to become PMP certified (project management professionals). I am also working towards my Core Energy Certification from iPEC. I enjoy podcasts, TED talks, travel, reading and learning what the world has to offer. As a working mom, I have years of experience of balancing home life with my career.
