We will start with the ELI assessment then explore your values and goals. We will also take some time to explore your blocks and work on strategies to overcome them. Then together we will work on a plan to achieve your goals.
The quick fix program is best for those who have experience with coaching and would like sessions to refocus them towards their goals. An ELI assessment may be added onto this package.
